Elecon Engineering Company Limited, founded in 1951, is a pioneer in motor gear and rotor gear, establishing themselves to become the largest gear manufacturer in Asia with expertise in industrial products and carrier system machines.
Elecon have their internal units in design, research, development, and manufacture for both external and internal gear parts, as well as after-sale services. The recent acquisition of Benzler-Radicon and David Brown helped expand the firm’s manufacturing hubs in Sweden, the UK, the USA, and Thailand. Helical load sharing (dual tandem) reducer from Elecon can be installed in the sugar mill roller and carrier system. Our products work differently according to customer’s demands.

Palm oil industry
Gear products in palm oil industry include a variety of options for different applications as follows

Elecon aim for continuous development, by introducing new gear models such as EOS and EON series 1 and 2, enhancing the efficiency from previous models such as bearable torque per gear weight, all-direction mounting, enhanced flexibility in their applications at job site with increase temperature control and durability. Additional parts can be installed as per client’s request such as cooling coil fan, heater, lubricator, torque arm, motor adaptor, and backstop etc. The most importantly, the new gear models can be monitored and controlled through a mobile application, allowing remote management and engineering data storage for future statistical and data analysis work.
