Metal Expansion Joint
Whenever there is thermal expansion in piping or ducting system, the expansion joint will be used to accommodate the movement. The product is used in Steel Plant, Refineries, Petrochemicals, Cement, Power Plant, Fertilizer, Sugar, Oil Exploration, Pulp and Paper Mill, Heat Exchanger, Ship Building and Etc. We manufacturers metal bellows expansion joint as per International code EJMA (Expansion Joint Manufacturing Association) USA. We have the capacity to produce bellows in sizes up to 7000 mm diameter with present infrastructure in different types of material like austenitic stainless steel SA240 Gr304, Gr316, Gr321, Gr304L, Gr316L, Gr316Ti, carbon steel and nickel alloy steel like Inconel 600, Inconel 625, Incoloy 800, Incoloy 825 and etc.
Non-Metallic Expansion Joint
The non-metallic expansion joints are flexible connectors designed to eliminate the thermal stress created by absorption of displacement from thermal changes in ducting systems and it also absorbs vibrations. They are fabricated from a synthetic elastomers, fabrics, insulation material and fluoroplastics, depending on the designs. The advantage of using non-metallic expansion joint are large movement, small reaction force created by expansion joint, corrosion resistance, reduction of vibration and noise, high temperature resistance, cost effective and economical replacement cost.
Rubber Expansion Joint
This product used as flexible connectors between pumps, vessels, piping in order to compensate for misalignment, absorb pipe movement, reduce mechanical noise, eliminate electrolysis between dissimilar metals, prevent stress due to expansion, insulate against the transfer of noise/vibration, greater recovery from movement and high resistant to shocks. We have the capacity to produce expansion joint size up to 3200 mm with material of Natural rubber, Neoprene, EPDM, Silicone, Viton, etc.
Flexible Hose
A flexible hose is generally composed of metal hose, braids, and end fittings such as unions, flanges, nipples, and sockets. They are designed to optimize performance in vibration applications where axial motion does not occur and also designed for absorbing vibration and reducing noise. JIS/ANSI/DIN Standard and other flange standards include metal or stainless steel flange material are available upon request
